The Sea ranch is 3,000 acres of rugged Northern california Coastline. Sandy Beaches, hiking, golf, recreation centers with swimming, tennis and saunas are available to our renters. Home locations vary from forested hillside to spectacular ocean front.

All homes have fully equipped kitchens, telephones, fireplaces or wood burning stoves, blankets and pillows. Renters provide their own sheets and towels (we can provide at an additional charge). Homes have televisions and stereos and most have hot tubs.

There is a minimum two night stay, a three night minimum on most holidays, a four night minimum on Thanksgiving, seven night minimum on New Years. Most homes have a three night minimum in July and a five night minimum in August. Off season specials are available.
